When you walk into one of our locations, you’re immersed in a luxurious, chic and inviting environment. The floor-to-ceiling windows, dynamic accent walls and hardwood flooring make it instantly clear you’re not in a typical salon.
Our suite rentals are based on design and function above all, offering high-end amenities to our creative professionals often excluded by big chain salons and other suite booth rentals. When you lease a suite with us, your only expense is rent. We provide the necessities, so you can focus on expertly serving your clients and fueling your creativity.

Lauren Jones & Tyler Morgan
Suites of the Bluegrass began out a necessity. After becoming a very successful stylist at one of Lexington’s larger salons, Lauren struggled to find a high-end suite rental that met the level her clients demanded. Approaching her brother, Tyler, they began an extensive search for the perfect property to build the suite rentals Lexington lacked.
The brother-and-sister duo set out to make something truly special and unique for Lexington beauty professionals. With Tyler's strengths in construction, budgeting and project management, and Lauren's personal salon expertise and keen eye for design, they created Lexington's first high-end suite rentals after spending meticulous time on the details that allow stylists to focus on their clients.
After the successful launch of their first location on Wilhite Drive, they quickly jumped at a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity on a historic property in the heart of Lexington on Main Street. This new location has rocked the optics of what many previously thought of suite rentals into a next-level experience for creative beauty professionals.
